Our Response To COVID 19 Pandemic – How We’re Making Sure that Our Customers And Team are Safe

In the midst of COVID-19 crisis, we want to do everything we can to make our customers feel comfortable in continuing to support and purchase from us.  Earning your continued trust is vital to the livelihood of our craftsmen and all of Shubham Jewelers Team.

That’s why we’ve increased our sanitization procedures so we can best take care of our customers, and our employees.

We have implemented the following rules and procedures at all Shubham Jewelers locations to meet the current scenario and ensure the health and safety of everyone.

• Our team is following Centre of Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) protocols for best practices related to hand washing and social distancing.
• Everyone washes hands with soap and water for 20+ seconds upon arrival at the office and at least once per hour.
• All surfaces and equipment’s used at Shubham Jewelers are being treated with disinfectants multiple times per day.
• Team members have their temperature checks at arrival to confirm they remain fever-free.
• Any staff presenting flu-like symptoms cough, or sore throat will have to stay at home and quarantine for a safe period.
• Team members who are unable to work, due to illness will be paid in full for all time missed.
